Manfrotto Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions
Bogen/Manfrotto products have been in use since the 70’s in the United States. Some Manfrotto support equipment lasts longer in the field than product support is available. If you have an old Manfrotto or Bogen, tripod, monopod, or head, please email the model number if possible and an image to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of your repair needs. Possible frustration and expensive freight charges can be avoided with a brief email conversation. Download the service request form to send in your Manfrotto product for repair.Back to Top
Lightweight and durable Gitzo tripods, monopods, and heads need care and attention occasionally to keep them in top condition. Repairs are often an option due to the value of Gitzo products. If you are planning to send in an older Gitzo tripod or monopod that has metal legs or one with carbon fiber legs that has corrosion around the leg pivots and leg locks, please email the model number if possible and an image of the tripod or monopod to email@example.com with a brief explanation of your needs. Many parts for old Gitzo tripods are no longer available. We can utilize our stock of broken and damaged 'Classic' Gitzo products for out of production repair parts. However, there is a high possibility that we can't locate a practical replacement. If you can provide the model number and send an image of the product first, we can ID the model and determine if it will be worthwhile for you to send the Gitzo product CRIS for repair or refurbishment.
