Manfrotto Service @ CRIS

When submitting a repair, please include either our PDF Mail In Form, or a letter with the following:

  • Your Name
  • Email Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Telephone Number
  • A detailed explanation of the problem you are experiencing

To expedite the repair process, please note the following requirements:

Warranty service:
You must include a copy of the sales receipt or a proof of purchase with your repair. Without this documentation, we will estimate the repair as if it were out of warranty. A return shipping fee will be charged for a refused estimate.

Out-of-warranty service:
A detailed inspection will be performed on your equipment to determine what repairs are required to restore it to proper working order. An estimate will be provided and repairs will begin once the estimate is approved and payment information is provided.

We are open from 8:30am to 5:00pm (MST) Monday through Friday.

When shipping your unit to us, please make sure to pack the unit well to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. A poorly packaged unit can sometimes turn a warranty repair into an out-of-warranty repair. We recommend a sturdy box or carton with adequate packing material on all sides. C.R.I.S. assumes no responsibility for damages incurred due to improper packaging.
