Adobe has released yet another free public beta; this time it is the new version of Photoshop Creative Suite. The official release of Adobe CS6 has to be just around the corner because as they have always done the beta usually precedes the final release version only a few weeks away. The most apparent change is in the user interface in that it has gotten a complete overhaul and looks quite different. It is surprising how long it took Adobe to add an auto save feature to their software but it is finally here! One of the coolest new tools is a blur tool that allows users to finely control blur while maintaining a natural look and feel (here’s a video example). The crop tool got a redesign and looks much more like Lightroom’s crop tool. Three dimensional technologies seem to be growing and growing with all the new televisions coming out every few months. Each new TV promising better and higher quality picture rendering. There have been a few cameras and camcorders designed with these entertainment devises in mind but overall the focus has been on video and not on still imaging... until now. A company called “BumpyPhoto” wants to transform your two-dimensional photos into three-dimensional photos. No need for a fancy new camera with two lenses they simply take a normal photo and they turn it into a relief sculpture. Looking at the examples it’s clear that this technology still has some growing to do but it sure looks cool! [BumpyPhoto Wants To Convert Your Photos Into 3D Images]
